What to Expect

Private and Online Trainings Offered!

For the first 15 minutes, the individual and trainer will meet to discuss your goals and struggles, followed by a 30 minute fitness evaluation, assessing your strengths and weaknesses. My goal is for clients to experience a mind & body transformation.

A tailor-made workout regimen will be provided once the individual agrees to sign up. I train my clients using behavioral modification and a variety of workouts including cardio, weight training, HIIT, cross training, boxing and more!
